Grocery Shopping

Grocery shopping, something that is often such a chore, is elevated to the level of entertainment and sometimes even art if it is performed at an outdoor market.

Here is what I rubbed shoulders with on my errand to buy spinach yesterday (Dusseldorf's Carlsplatz):

After visiting the tulips, we joined the throngs on the promenade by the Rhein. This was after the gelato and before the playground:

We've found that things like exercise and shopping can be pleasant and beautiful. Now if I could find a way to make cleaning the house a little more interesting, life would be perfect!
